How long does it typically take to convert my environment to BridgePoint Virtual Office?This is variable. Typically we require at least ten (10) business days for the onboarding of your current environment to BP VO. This could vary depending on the number of users, their locations and the volume of documents to be migrated.
What applications and services can I expect in my Virtual Office environment?· Microsoft® Office 2010 Professional Plus (including Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
· Microsoft® Exchange Outlook Email
· Remote environment anti-virus protection (Note: your personal computers are not included)
· File Storage
· Print Services
How do I know if my printer is supported?Please refer to our hardware compatibility list for confirmation of supported hardware.
I have XYZ application. Do you support it?This will need to be determined on a case-by-case basis. Following our initial investigation, we would then indicate whether we would support that specific application.
What do I need for this service?1. A computer running Microsoft® Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7; OR a Macintosh running OSX Leopard/Snow Leopard/Lion/Mountain Lion
2. A high-speed internet connection. The speed will vary depending on the number of users, but there must be at least 0.25 MB bandwidth per user
3. A remote desktop client – This is native to all Windows PC's and free for Mac OSX
